This web site is wholly owned and operated by Tiger Hospitality Search and is made available to you on the following terms and conditions: By using the recruitment site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Service Availability

We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design on regular basis and specification of the site at any time.


We will ask both Client/Recruiter and Applicant/Jobseeker to choose a username and password during your subscription application. On acceptance of your application you will receive an email confirming your subscription details. All passwords and/or usernames issued by us to you are exclusive and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you become aware of a breach or potential or suspected breach of these terms then you must inform us immediately at the address or e-mail address shown above.
1) We reserve the right to withdraw your password and/or your username at any time without notice. In these circumstances we shall ask you to submit another username and password for acceptance by us and we will then issue you with a new password and/or username provided that you have not caused or contributed to any breach of security by not complying with these terms.
2) For the avoidance of doubt, you shall remain responsible for all actions and charges incurred when access to our website is obtained through the use of your password and/or username whether authorised or unauthorised (save where such access arises from our negligence).

Job Vacancy Advertisements

Job vacancy advertisements contained on the site are provided by prospective employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We do not accept responsibility or liability for the content of such advertisements and expect job seekers/candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.

Any services and information provided by THS on this site and our third party clients & suppliers are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment process. Neither we nor our third party suppliers can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. We suggest you should gather independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

THS Site rules

We do have rules regarding the format and content of job vacancies posted on tigerhospitlity.com. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search the site or the tigerhospitality.com database get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from tigerhospitality.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly and which are as follows:

• Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of race, nationality, sex, or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. If we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from tigerhospitality.com without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.
• All Job advertisements placed on tigerhospitality.com must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called ‘business opportunity’.
• Email links or URLs (live or text only) are not allowed in the body copy of the job description page. Email links are permitted from the ‘send an email’ link and url linking is permitted from the ‘apply online’ link.
• No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous is defined as deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
• No duplicating of jobs at the expense of other clients’ jobs.
• All clients and/or consultancies posting jobs onto tigerhospitality.com directly through our Ad Manager cannot repost (i.e. expire a live job then copy to new) live jobs until they have been on the site for at least seven days.
• Any Illegal Advertisements or promotions
• All consultancies who post jobs directly onto tigerhospitality.com using an XML, CSV or Spider feed can only do so once per week on the day of your choice.
• Advertisements on any Hospitality Real Estate opportunities, regarding selling, leasing or buying properties are subject to change and release of any confidential information will only be dealt with in accordance of direct communication and mutually signed signing NDA.

Responses to advertisements

Out of polite business manners you agree to approach and deal professionally and fairly with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not act on anything which may bring tigerhospitality.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against tigerhospitality.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee at any time, any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your sole responsibility to carry out such background checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

Prices and Charges

Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the Order Form. A job posted on tigerhospitality.com by a client and/or recruiter will remain live for the time period as it has been purchased for. Any extension of this time will be charged to the Customer as a new posting. Any jobs posted in addition to the agreed number of jobs per month or as advertised and mutually agreed will be charged at a price per job agreed with the customer at the time of the contract negotiation. A single job is identified by its unique ID number. If a customer deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two jobs.

If any Services to be used within any time period specified on the Order Form are not used within that period of time they may not be carried over into any subsequent period without our prior written consent. The Customer will be responsible for payment for any unused Services.

Job Posting

In case you act on behalf of an employment business or an employment recruitment agency (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (‘the Act’)) it is your sole responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on tigerhospitality.com comply with your obligations under the Act and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004. You do agree to obey to the Act and these regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the advertisements you place on tigerhospitality.com


Any Refunds are solely provided at the discretion of THS management company.

Limitation of Liability

THS reserves the right to use the email address of any person or other entity who places his or her email address into, upon or within any page of this site exclusively for the purposes of mailing THS Newsletters. We do not distribute, sell, share or otherwise make available our email lists to any entity, person or business. Mailing Lists and visitor names are not bartered, sold or distributed. You further agree that you will not defame, damage, inflame, or make any remarks considered unacceptable, nor improperly make accusations, true or untrue, nor will you advertise services or products in any public posting areas of this site. You understand that THS has the right to and will prosecute to the fullest extent possible, any and all persons who may do so under Federal and International laws prohibiting the defacing of any website.

Client’s Responsibilities

The Client will be responsible for checking all references and confirming that all academic and professional qualifications are true. This should be carried out prior to engagement. The Client will be responsible for arranging any medical examination and obtaining any work permits required by the Applicant.

THS Charges

There are no charges whatsoever for job applicants and candidates at any time.


THS is obliged to rely upon the good faith of Applicants and cannot accept responsibility for any loss or expenditure incurred by the Client in meeting any Applicant, and in particular cannot be held liable for the history, character, age, capability or suitability of any Applicant and no warranty will be made that any Applicant will be able to fill a position.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “Marks”) are proprietary to THS or other respective owners that have granted tigerhospitality.com. the right and license to use such Marks.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Thai law and all disputes shall be decided by the Royal Thai courts.
