I have been performing in the hospitality business for over 8 years now, performing from 3-star to 5-star plus hotels in several international and cosmopolitan destinations.
Throughout this time I applied most of my time using my experience and testing new procedures in order to improve operations and ultimately increase guest satisfaction. In the past 3 years, I have been having the chance as supervisor of operations/assistant manager in the past 3 years to have more chances of using and developing leadership skills in order to put in practice the desired outcomes of my study of hospitality operations. I have been developing my teamwork abilities and empathy in order to get the utmost out of the collaborators, with mutual benefits.
My goal is to continue improving in this field, that I think highly adapts to my profile. In the future I would like to develop into an Operations Manager, and eventually a Hospitality Consultant.
