Started with MSC Cruises as Guest Relation Manager, in charge of all Guest Service operation with 2 reception desks and 25 team members, 1750 cabins and responsible for the overall guest satisfaction and complaint management for up to 4300 international guests on board. Quickly promoted to Yacht Club Director and now in charge of a team of 55 crew members delivering an exclusive luxury cruise experience to up to 180 guests. In charge of Housekeeping (24h Butler service), Guest Service - Concierge and full F&B operation within the Yacht Club area including Fine Dining Restaurant, Galley, 2 Bars / Lounges and pool area.
