I am a dynamic Hospitality professional & smart working as a General Manager with positive attitude and my objective is to grow by achieving to my company goals, a dynamic professional career with over 18 + years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Working in a major premier 5 stars luxury hotel and resorts. My job 60% on official + 40% on the floor work.

In my current role, in addition to overall operation control I am responsible for people management, training & development, guest service, operational excellence, administration, P&L, revenue, expenses, waste control and vendor management, organic growth, debtors management, legal compliance’s, cost management . I have a keen emphasis on marketing, sales and relationship building with business partners
