I’m overseeing Housekeeping/Laundry Department operations to deliver an excellent Guests and team Members Experience and service the last one half year in DP Hotel Dubai.

Also lam always focus evaluate guest satisfaction and set department targets and objectives.

Overall experience of 08 years with room division and Hospitality Industry. Divers work experience from India & Middle East. Managed 145 rooms with 25 staffs including the engineering Department Operations. Worked with pre-opening team.
Responsibility [daily routine work]

To Inspecting the regularly, entire the hotel rooms public area, work schedules weekly and month wise and ,communicated to the Front Desk, ENG and f&b Assisting other departments wherever necessary. takes action as necessary to conform to standard.

Operating within departmental targets and objectives, budgets effective stock and cost controls, finance and consumption, inventory supplies equipment and well managed schedules.

Ensuring the training, communication meetings, minutes of meeting, staff performance, Recruit, manage, train and develop the Housekeeping/Laundry team.

Maintaining   good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.
