I come with a very strong background in the hotel business and its services, indeed focused on Spa, Wellness and Hotel Operations throughout my career, and I have been involved in different aspects specially focused on guest experience, opening, new developments and Hotel operations in general.

During this experience, I have managed the team with ongoing training, assisted them in handling daily operation, challenges such as dealing efficiently with guest complaints, and showed them how to provide up-scale service continuously.

I have successfully brought together an international team from different countries, with a different culture; teaches them how to work together and develop the team spirit within the operation department I have had handled during my international experience.
