I’m Reena, the Logistics and Operations Manager at Dubai New Year Eve for the New Year Shared Yacht Party. I coordinate transportation, boarding, schedules and weather contingency plans. From arrival to departure, I manage behind the scenes operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. My role is to anticipate & resolve issues so guests can focus on enjoying the luxury and excitement of the party.
