My Name is Christoph Trocker and previously been holding the position of Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage at the Chatrium Residences Sathon in Bangkok. The previous job gave me the opportunity to expand my skills, not just as an Executive Chef, but also as a Food & Beverage Director and participate in the overall hotel operation.
