Housekeeping: • In charge of interior/exterior general maintenance and cleanliness of 50 Bungalows, 07 VIP Bungalows and 02 Villas. • Manage staff performance, identify their training needs and address their grievances and counseling issues and establishing staffing levels for the department • Implementing systems and procedures that achieve a high degree of cost efficiency and guest delight. Landscaping: • Gardens maintenance and renovation, based on new production of trees and plants developed on site. • Development in the Nursery for large-scale different types of trees and plants. • Create, organize and implement new work processes, based on monthly and annual schedules, rotations by areas, work types, and staff skills. • Manage and train 16 staff and 2 supervisors for both sections, develops their versatility, productivity and efficiency. Train and develop safety, quality and responsibility as fundamental values.
Assistant Executive Housekeeper
• Assist Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations and duties in Housekeeping Department. • To attend every month on board Safety Committee meeting. • Check and update OPRP report. • Preparing and updating report under Integrated Pest Management (IPM). • Handling guest luggage operations using advance technology (RFID) Radio frequency Identification tracking system. • Conducting Safety Induction which included crew cabin cleaning procedures and hygiene for new sign-on crew members. • In-charge of tendering operations during embarking guest returning from shore excursion. • In-charge planning, organizing and controlling rescue crew members from various departments to welcome newly embarking guest in Hong Kong & China ports.
