At the moment we do have a very interesting vacancy for an Executive Sous Chef for our extraordinary Luxury Cruise Ship with over 4500 passengers.
We will be cruising into the Asia Pacific region with many famous world destinations.

Moreover accommodation, F&B, Crew Bar are free.
Great and single bed cabin will be available
This Chef will be in charge and overlooking 7 restaurants, The Ocean Luxury Suites and the Crew Restaurant.
A near future promotion to Executive Chef is possible, depending on entire professional approach.
Requirements:
Hands-on working experience as Executive Sous Chef for at least 3 years in large 5 star operations
International working experience as Chef from leading 5 star hotels or resorts is needed.
Daily and comfortable interaction with passengers is important and certainly a must!
Very profound knowledge of setting up training and motivations lessons is required!
Extensive and very solid knowledge of international and Fine Dining Menu engineering is essential.
Previous ship experience is a big plus.
Must be fluent of the English language!
A second or third language is very beneficial.
