Marketing:

Promotion and planning to create the yearly promotion and in house and outside promotion on appropriates. To generate more revenue

Responsibility:

Operations:

Arrange internal training for receptionist in term of how to up selling to generate more revenue and how make the guest satisfaction. For therapist training, how to service the guest and treatment manual massage facial and body treatment.

Handlings with guest complain play attention and monitoring. Delivering the highest standards of treatment and spa service. Receive incoming calls generated by press and PR activity. Making a good first impression for spa guests.

The scheduling of the board room and therapist time table. Most workers are expected to perform a variety of office duties, including opening and sorting mail, other duties include updating appointment calendars, preparing travel vouchers, and performing basic book keeping, word processing, and filing all spa reports.
